It was a paradise for nature lovers like us.
All was generally fine, with just a minor issue that could be improved.

The view from the window was spectacular. It was a relaxing experience. Suitable place for vacation in Levico Terme. Hotel was situated a few steps away from Fort Vezzena.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast selection, including freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee, was fantastic. The hotel's location close to the central street and its cozy interior made our stay even more enjoyable. And the spa facilities were a definite plus.

The hotel is located in the mountains, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. From the rooms, guests can enjoy stunning vistas down to the lake below and towards the majestic mountains behind. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily attention and towel changes. the elegant dining room serves delicious food, and the owner acts as a friendly and efficient 'Maitre D.' the hotel also offers a spa, pool, sauna, and a rooftop garden area with sun-loungers and beautiful views.

The breakfast was good with a variety of options. the location was very convenient for exploring the city. the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view.
The staff at this hotel were very unfriendly and unhelpful. We had multiple issues with our room, including a broken shower and a loud noise outside our window all night.
